Here given below is how to use The Bubblenator .
Turn your normal images into something a little more fun! Add cartoon captions to your photos images directly in your browser using The Bubblenator
Simply pick any picture on the Internet - then run it through our online tool and make some captions to the picture - then copy & paste the full code onto your website or blog and you are done.
Getting Started:
Begin by loading in an image in through the front page here. The Bubblenator will then load the image along with the appropriate controls for adding your captions. Make sure the URL you type in is a FULL Internet address, including the http://.
For example, http://www.mywebsite.com/picturefolder/imageurl.jpg
Adding/Removing Bubbles:
The default editor will load one bubble to start with. You can add up to two more bubbles by clicking on the add button located in the bottom controls. On the flipside, you can remove an added bubble by clicking on it, then clicking on the remove button.
Orientating Bubbles:
To move a bubble; click on it, then drag it while continuing to hold down the mouse button.
Changing Bubble Styles:
Click on one of the 4 small bubbles in the bottom controls to flip the bubble horizontally, or change it from 'spoken' bubbles to 'thought' bubbles.
Changing Bubble Sizes:
The size of a selected bubble can be changed by clicking on the plus/minus buttons. This changes the size of both the bubble and the contained text.
Once you've got your bubbles where you want them, click on the green get code button to display the HTML you'll need to put your captioned image on your Web page.
Your image will be generated using your original source with javascript and Flash included to 'Bubblenate' the image. |

Payday loan restriction has been in the news lately. Another state has tightened up restrictions on payday loans - so much so, cash advances may not even exist in North Carolina anymore. The three major payday loan lenders still operating in there are about to close their doors for good. State Attorney General Roy Cooper says deals with Check Into Cash, Check and Go and First American Cash Advance just about eliminate payday lending in the state. The three firms will pay $700,000 to non-profit credit counseling offices as part of the deal. The agreements come after the state banking commissioner ruled in December that Advance America was breaking state lending laws by charging an APR of more than 400 percent. North Carolina’s Consumer Finance Act caps annual percentage rates on small loans at 36 percent. Advance America appealed the ruling, but agreed to close their offices while the matter is being sorted out. Cooper says the three lenders who entered Wednesday’s agreement operate 152 outlets statewide.
Again in another news, Virginia’s Bureau of Financial Institutions reports the volume of payday loans in the state approached $1.2 billion last year, an increase of 21 percent from 2004. The number of payday advance loans, it said, rose 16 percent to 3.37 million. Meanwhile, the number of borrowers climbed 15 percent to 45,891. Despite the best efforts of many anti-payday hawks, attempts in the General Assembly to abolish payday loans altogether in the state have stalled amid heavy lobbying by the industry and its opponents. Check into Cash played down the effects of high interest rates on frequent users of cash advance loans. Many of Check into Cash’s customers, the company says, use the loans due to a job loss, divorce or other unexpected problem.“All we are doing is responding to demand,” a spokesman said. “We build where the customers are.” |
